We understand our customers need a partner they can trust to back their product and support them during times of uncertainty. Premature failures are caused for a variety of reasons. Sometimes these reasons are not as simple as a product defect or a craftsmanship error. Commonly, premature failures can be caused by an installation error or by outside factors that work in conjunction with the failed product.

Our warranty team will work with our customers to understand the issue and back their warranty if the source of the failure is to any uncertainty. Additionally, a forgiveness policy is in place for our loyal customers in which full or partial warranty coverage (parts only) is granted when fault lies outside of DTS. By doing this we hope to grow alongside our customers while maintaining full satisfaction.

How long is your warranty period?

Most units will have a warranty period of 2 years (parts and labor). For a more detailed listing please see our warranty policy under support.

Do transmissions come with a yoke and bell housing?

Our transmissions are sold as a based model. You will have to transfer any attachments such as a bell housing, yoke, sensors, PTOs, pumps, etc. We do offer a professional exchange service that is free of charge and comes with the purchase of any unit. We will do an inspection on all attachments and make recommendations on replacement items if needed.

Is there a mileage restriction on the warranty period?

No, there is absolutely no mileage restriction on our warranty period.

Are your transmissions dyno tested?

Yes, all transmissions are put through a vigorous dyno test at various speeds and load capacities.

What is the comprises of a “bad” core?

We are forgiving on our junk core policy and will only penalize if the cast iron housing is damaged and cannot be used for remanufacturing.
